- The daily diary contains all important rules and regulations and the record of the child’s performance and progress from time to time. Parents are requested to go through the diary regularly.
- If any information regarding the child to be conveyed it should be mentioned in the column “Parents Remarks”.
- Parents are requested to see different instructions and home assignments to be done by the child properly and regularly.
- Parents should see that their children should come to school with proper uniform and in time. No relaxation will be made on school uniform.
- Students should bring their own tiffin in their respective tiffin boxes. Buying food from street vendor is prohibited,rather they can buy food from school canteen.
- The parents are requested to see the progress of their children in various tests conducted by the school and if necessary may meet the principal for clarification and advice.
- Parents are requested to see that their children abide by the rules of the school from time to time. In case of violation disciplinary actions will be taken against the children.
FOR STUDENTS
- All students must come to school in time and attend the prayer classes regularly. No student is allowed to attend the school after 10.30 A.M. from Monday to Friday and 7.15 A.M. on Saturday. During morning session at 7 A.M.
- All students should bring the daily diary everyday to school and note down the home assignments regularly.
- The students should be well-behaved and respective to all the teachers and members of staff in the school and outside.
- The students coming in improper uniform shall not be allowed to attend classes.
- Whenever the students ‘want short leave, they should get it in a written form from their parents / guardians.
- All students should bring books and note books necessary for the day.
- All students should take care of their own things. They should not bring any valuables or money to school. The school takes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of such things.
- The students keep their cycles, mopeds or motor cycle's in the School Cycle Stand by paying Rs.15/- per month. The school takes no responsibility for theft of them if kept elsewhere.
- All students should go to their classes silently after the signal bell given of the end of prayer.
- On school days including in all functions children should wear the school uniform.
- All students must speak English in school falling which a fine of Rs.5/- may be imposed.
- Wandering aimlessly, quarrelling, damaging the school properties, stealing, etc. are acts of indiscipline and punishable according to the rules inforce of the school.
Code of conduct for student
A student can continue his study in the school depending upon his good behaviour and conduct inside the school and outside it. Disciplinary actions will be taken against a student who indulges the following practices.
- Moral turpitude.
- Causing damage to school property, disfiguring the walls of the school building,furniture, sanitary and electrical equipments.
- Showing disrespect to the staff, rude behaviours or rowdyism.
- Fighting with students or using violence in any form.
- Cheating or copying in the examination.
- Smoking, gambling, chewing betel, truancy etc.
- Any other reason as decided by the school from time to time.

Withdrawal
- A months tuition fee is required for the withdrawal to a student. Transfer certificate fee is equal to one month’s tuition fee of the current year. If the student does not take T.C. within 10 days of the publication of result he/she has to pay the session charge of the current year.
- A written application must be made by the parent or guardian for the transfer certificate of the student.
- The transfer certificate, can be issued after one week only,after all the fees and other dues to the school are paid and verified.
- The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school (not necessarily notifying the cause to the parents).
- Those who fall to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling to or unable to profit from the educational programme of the school.
- Those whose fees are in arrears.
- Those whose behaviour, in the opinion of the principal is harmful to the interested of the school.
- Once entry for bus he or she will have to pay bus fees for advance of three months.
